Caite is the Market Leader junior counsel in estate litigation (Doyle’s Guide 2019 and 2020) and has practiced for over 26 years as both a barrister and a solicitor – more than 15 years exclusively in estate (and trust) litigation.

She is Queensland Law Society (QLS) accredited specialist in succession law, one of only 4 at the Queensland Bar.

She is a past chair of the Queensland Branch of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), a worldwide professional body with more than 18,000 members in over 80 countries. In 2013 Caite received the prestigious STEP Founder’s Award for Outstanding Achievement.

She is a regular presenter at seminars on succession law issues.

Her particular interests are in contentious probate matters, will construction and rectification cases, informal will applications and superannuation disputes.

Caite is a member of Hemmant’s List.
