Megan practices in industrial and commercial litigation. She appears for government entities, hospital and health services, councils, universities and research institutes, corporations and individuals in all State and Federal courts and tribunals. Megan is also briefed as a mediator in workplace matters.
Before becoming a lawyer, Megan worked for 15 years in pharmaceutical research and development. In addition to her LLM (Juris Doctor) from Monash University, she holds an applied science degree majoring in biochemistry and a PhD in respiratory virology. She accepts briefs in all areas relating to the commercialisation of medical and life sciences products.
Megan is a member of the Queensland Racing Appeals Panel, an independent statutory authority under the Racing Integrity Act 2016 established to hear and determine applications for review of decisions of the Queensland Racing Integrity Commission
